Delivery
The items you order will be delivered to
the address you give us when your order was placed.
Orders made before 12:00 pm on a working day will be processed that day and
will be delivered as per the requested delivery option. Provided all stock
items are available. (A working day is defined as any day other than weekends
and bank or other public holidays.)
If delivery cannot be made to your
address for reasons under our control we will inform you as soon as possible via
email and refund or re-credit you for any sum that have been paid by you or
debited from your credit card for delivery.
Every effort will be made to deliver
the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted.
Time for delivery shall not be of
the essence. The goods may be delivered by your selected delivery option in
advance of the quoted delivery date.
Upon receipt of your order you may be asked to sign for the goods received in
good condition. If you are unable to check the contents of the package at that
moment in time the parcel may be delivered as "UNCHECKED".
Refund and Return Policy
All returns must be made within 30 days of the
purchase date and all returned merchandise must be in the original packaging
and be in good re- sellable condition. They cannot show any signs that they
were worn.
To ensure proper credit you must call/email in advance to request an RGA
(Return Goods Authorization) number. The RGA must be included with your return.
Any returns received without an RGA will be refused or disposed of and no
refund will be issued.
There is no re-stocking charge on defective merchandise or shipping errors.
The customer is responsible for all shipping
costs to and from phzed.com Florida, unless, there was an error on
our behalf.
We can accept COD shipments, but only in amounts less than $50.
No returns on special order items of any kind.
There are absolutely no returns once the item
has been worn or is passed its 30 days.
